Life is an adventure, a journey that has challenges, exceptionally beautiful and also sad moments. All the special people who have crossed my path make me who I am today. A new phase in my life has begun, because suddenly there was a moment when I thought… Something is still missing…

On a personal level, I consider myself a lucky person. Love has always been central to my life, but it was not always a path full of rose petals. I live happily with my husband Rutger and my 2 sweet children for a long time now. In 2015 we got married and we experienced the most beautiful day of our lives in Noordwijk aan Zee. I would not have wanted or done anything differently and we both look back on THE perfect day. I wish that for everyone!

What is still missing? Not love, fortunately, because there is plenty of that.

But on a business level, it has been gnawing at me for a while. I have a fantastic job in financial services and have been working with professionals in the mortgage industry for 35 years.

Life is so much more than a career. The personal, social, soft, creative and connecting side is getting more and more space. Now a few years older and wiser, there is still a lot bubbling and bubbling that I want to do something with. In recent years I have started to focus on my creative side. I now have my own studio and I paint there with pleasure.

Love has always touched me, challenged me and made me realize that it is the basis of my existence. And what could be better than making it your profession?! Celebrating love and letting it triumph and becoming a part of it by telling your story from my heart during
your most beautiful day!

A masterclass independent marriage registrar and a ceremony of love soon followed and that is how the adventure began!
